We may also share information with service providers (e.g., hosting, email/SMS delivery, analytics, CRM) who process data on our behalf; as required by law, subpoena, or to protect rights and safety; and in connection with a business transfer (merger, acquisition, sale of assets).

We do not sell your information for unrelated third-party advertising beyond the insurance-quote purpose described here.

4. Consent to Be Contacted (TCPA — Calls & Text Messages)

By submitting a form with your phone number and checking the consent box, you give your prior express written consent for us, our agents/Partners, and the insurance carriers or agents we connect you with to contact you at the number provided — including by automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, and text message (SMS) — for marketing and servicing of your quote request.

Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may request a quote without agreeing to automated calls/texts by contacting us through our Contact page. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. To stop texts, reply STOP at any time; reply HELP for help. To stop calls, ask to be placed on our internal Do-Not-Call list via our Contact page. We retain a record of your consent (the text shown, date/time, and IP address).
